It's a boy!

Hi again. 2 posts in 2 days. I'd like to say that this is the way it is going to be this year, but I think I'm setting my expectations a bit high. I'm starting a new teaching job on Monday and know that whilst I have really good crafting and cooking intentions, in reality I will be mega tired and I'll get round to it at the weekend if I feel up to it!!

Anyway, making the most of it, here is today's card:

This is the front of the card. I've used a digital stamp by Pink Gem called Baby Boy Bundle.

and here is the inside.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

Simon Says Stamp - New something (new baby)
Cute Card Thursday - Something new (new baby)
Milkcoffee - New beginnings
Sarah Hurley - Celebrate (celebrate the arrival of a new baby)
Totally Papercrafts - Something new (new baby)
Crafts4eternity - Something new (new baby)
Crafty Catz - Anything goes

Hope you like it.

Purple Easel Christmas Card

Hi everyone,
So I said I wanted to really get on and make cards over the half term whilst I could and I think I've done that. At last a reason top feel pleased with myself!

So here is today's card

Before you say anything, yes I know the circle on the front that holds the card up is not in the middle. I need to change that!

This is an image I've used before called Nativity Phoebe from Pink Gem and I have coloured her with promarkers.

I'm entering this card into the following 2 challenges:
crafts 4 eternity - colour recipe
Totally Papercrafts - Twinkle twinkle Christmas star

Hope you like it

Digital Stamps

Hi everyone. I hope you are all well.

As I said before, my work seems to go in 'phases.' It may be using promarkers or ribbons or whatever. At the moment I am having a digital stamp phase! Why haven't I done this before I ask myself. It's so quick and easy.!

On to today's card. This is another digital stamp that I came across on pinterest and I just love it! (Yet again I apologise for the poor quality of the photograph. I really must do something about that). I've coloured the stamp with promarkers and used Tim Holtz distressing ink around the edge, finishing off with 4 buttons, one in each corner.

I'm going to enter this card into the following challenges:
I love promarkers - anything goes
Patties creations - autumn colours
Crafts 4 eternity - pumpkin spice
Allsorts challenge - Autumn colours
One Stop Craft Challenge - Anything goes

Look out for more exciting news tomorrow!

Hope you like the card

Nice and simple

It's Olympic start day! Whoop! Whoop!

Today I have a nice and simple card to show you.

Cute huh? Sometimes less is more.

The beach hut stamp was free with Simply Homemade magazine a couple of months back and I've coloured it with promarkers. I've distressed the edges using  distress inks. I made the little tag and distressed the edges, finishing off with a little bakers twine.

I'm going to enter this into 6 challenges.

Aud Sentiments - the sentiment must be on a tag
Little Miss Muffet - Neopolitan ice cream
Cute Card Thursday - distressing
Crafts 4 Eternity - Brilliant birthdays
Polka Doodles Weekly - Summer
Daring Cardmakers - This is the house that Jack built

Hope you like it.
